"Big Sur Adventure"

   "Explosions in the Sky" played in Big Sur

They wouldn't let me take my camera in but the music in the backround is them so in memory of the good show it was at the Henry Miller Library. I just heard a quote from Henry recently it was quite a nice one thanks for sharing Miller :)

Honey Harvest with the Uhler's

It was magical moment watching them cultivate the liquid gold.
All the bees putting all there life force to create such a beautiful master piece
there milk, our HONEY

 To see how the cycle flows from the Bees to the Beople, there energy it takes to produce this, for the spread on my bread.   I am Thankful....
  It was nice to test out the wings and what better person then
the man who walks the walk, a keeper of the bees 

and The Mommas nurturing the honey into jars...

It's alot of work, but my own place to play as loud as I choose, mixed with the view yes please .

This song came to me in a Dream.. 

So then I went with it..

So far around 2 and a half months solid work. Its hard making a song all the way through,
you have to make sure its only about 3 and a half minutes long, then have to keep on beat so the drums and bass can play with it, then make sure every part from guitar to voice to lyrics is interesting and flows smoothly from one transition to the other..
Easy to start something, but to water it Every Day... WOOF!!!

 Thats what it takes though, to eat the Cake gotta make it first.

You just can't get 60's style clothes any more...

 

So gotta make it...

Im realizing Songs can just be black and white, but look alot better in 3D.
 Something about music videos really just capture the whole story for me,
  if you don't, it's like watching a movie closing your eyes, I mean its good I can picture whats happening,
 but its only half of the story.

Theres so much pressure in this world of what I have to do, in order to survive. 

     

  Spending 5 days a week doing something that I dont want to do, but have to, to pay for rent, food, and give me the means for the last 2 days in the week, to create the things where my imagination is my only limit.
I get to be me for these two days, not that monkey on the roof installin solar.   No...
Its my chance to remember who I am, and why I am on this earth.  Remember my wings.
